About me
I used to think that a healthy lifestyle was only possible with deprivation and discipline. As a press spokesperson with a 50-hour workweek and constant travel, there was hardly any time for myself. Stress, poor nutrition, and a lack of recovery led to a major health setback in 2013, and I was out of commission for several months.
After this full stop, I made a career change. Today, I’m a trained nutritionist, stress management & burnout prevention coach, and certified SomnyFit© sleep trainer. My goal is to strengthen mental and physical health—both for individuals and organizations.
